1. What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: name, email address, phone number, property address, your selected membership plan (or "just exploring"), and any free-form notes you provide. We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, via standard server logs and our analytics provider (Ahrefs Web Analytics).
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to contact you about the service you requested, to dispatch a technician to your property, to follow up on quotes and ongoing work, and to improve our website and service offerings. If you place a phone call captured by our AI dispatcher, the transcript and call summary are stored to maintain a record of the request and to follow up appropriately.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with vendors that operate parts of our service, including our CRM (GoHighLevel), our email/messaging providers, and our voice/AI dispatch infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information. If we engage licensed trades on your behalf (plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs), we share the property address and the description of the issue with them so they can complete the work.
4. How long we keep it
Active customer records are retained for the duration of our service relationship plus a reasonable accounting/tax retention period. If you request deletion, we will remove personally identifying information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or warranty obligations.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further communications. California and similar state-law residents have additional rights under CCPA. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use minimal first-party tracking (Ahrefs Web Analytics) for traffic analysis. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
